There are many reasons why you might want to complete your studies in France.
France offers a variety of interesting higher studies options. Also depending on your parents income and the university you choose it can be free and the state might even pay you a living allowance!

Note that most univercities ask for a B1-C1 grade in DALF (Standardized French as a Foreign language exam).
Although you may even find programs in English, for example Sciences PO offers several programs in English, and also there are several business schools (Private business and management universities) which offer programs in English.
